You can cancel your N.ext subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
To cancel, tap Cancel subscription in the app sidebar and confirm. Your subscription will stop renewing immediately. You can also email us at janbrinkssi@gmail.com with the subject "Cancel my N.ext subscription" and your account email address.
Your access to N.ext continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and all your training data is kept in case you come back.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you will not be charged. Your account will remain accessible until the trial period ends.
